Leading Canadian-Based Restaurant Chain, a franchised restaurant group with 350 Canadian locations (and outlets in the US and Mexico), faced fragmented customer data and heavy dependence on external vendors for customer metrics, making it difficult to understand customer behavior and run targeted campaigns. Hexaware was engaged to deliver a multi-channel analytics / Business Intelligence solution to centralize and analyze customer data.

Hexaware consolidated data from emails, CRM, surveys, external vendors and online sales into a single repository, built dashboards and an SSAS tabular cube for 360° customer analysis, and delivered reports on promotion impact, coupon redemption, new subscribers, online growth, pickup vs delivery and guest satisfaction. The Hexaware solution reduced manual data collection and reliance on external vendors, enabled timely, data-driven targeted campaigns and self-sufficiency for regular reporting—leveraging SQL Server 2012, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS Tabular Cube.
