The customer engaged Hexaware to drive a Finance IT and PeopleSoft modernization to standardize processes, reduce operating costs and enable future growth.
Hexaware conducted a six‑month consulting engagement and implemented a centralized PeopleSoft solution across 13 modules (including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, eSupplier and eBilling), plus end‑to‑end process re‑engineering, mobility approvals and a Global Finance IT Help Desk. The Hexaware solution delivered up to 10x system performance improvement, supported ~19,000 invoices/day and ~24,000 payments/day (47,600 vendors; 72,650 employees), sped up PO processing, accelerated financial closes, lowered TCO and provided a scalable platform to support over 10,000 stores.
