Large North American Airline Company, which serves 240 destinations with a fleet of more than 350 aircraft and operates a customer loyalty program with over 70 commercial partners, needed to cut costs and improve efficiency by outsourcing maintenance and support of its Customer Loyalty system. Hexaware was engaged to provide enhancement and support services for the Loyalty system’s two major sub-systems: Direct Marketing (DM) and Management Information (MI).
Hexaware implemented enhancements to DM and MI, provided production support, automated processes, and documented system procedures using the airline’s IBM mainframe environment. As a result, Hexaware delivered significant cost savings, improved automation and operational efficiency, and a highly versatile, easily configurable support model for the airline’s loyalty program.
