Improving UX for a Leading Global Recruiter

Leading Global Recruitment Firm, a global leader in recruitment, was struggling with fragmented workflows—relying on 13 different applications, spreadsheets and emails, duplicate data entry, and spending as much as 75% of recruiter time on sourcing and screening. Hexaware was engaged to improve the recruiter experience and operational efficiency by designing a unified, single-window UI with single sign-on and integrated access to all sourcing, screening and scheduling functions.

Hexaware applied a user-centred design process (focus groups with ~40 users, one‑on‑one interviews, personas, prototyping and testing) and delivered an HTML5/CSS3/AngularJS/Java UI that consolidated workflows, integrated multiple live systems, added dashboards, candidate comparison, reports, real‑time alerts and calendar scheduling. The result was dramatically reduced time on routine tasks so recruiters could focus on candidate analysis, faster selection of better candidates, improved order fulfilment and highly positive stakeholder feedback following the Hexaware solution.
