The Leading Transportation, Logistics and Warehousing Service Provider, a global company with more than 20,000 employees in 100 countries, faced constrained HR reporting because all reports were produced in batch from its online transaction system using legacy technology. Hexaware was engaged to modernize HR analytics, implementing Oracle BI Apps HR Analytics alongside Oracle BI EE, Informatica and Oracle Applications to enable more flexible, timely analysis.

Hexaware configured dimensional hierarchies with initial and incremental data loads, deployed pre‑packaged reports and parameterized dashboards with user security, and integrated the analytics stack end-to-end. The solution delivered a common enterprise view of the Performance Management System, real‑time dashboards for appraisal statuses, objectives and ratings, and enabled performance-data analysis on custom dimensions — significantly improving visibility and decision-making across the organization.
