Natural Resource Distribution Company, a leading natural gas distribution company in the US, faced an operational gap: their systems could not produce the business reports and analytics required for HR decision-making. Hexaware was engaged to address this challenge using Oracle pre-packaged HR Intelligence (Oracle BI Apps) and integration with the client's PeopleSoft HR and ELM environments.

Hexaware configured Oracle BI Apps, set up DAC and Informatica for initial and incremental ETL loads, and extended pre-packaged reports and dashboards to cover areas like Learning Management and Absence Management. As a result, Hexaware delivered Phase‑I which gave the business immediate access to HR analytics reports and dashboards; Phase‑II will add custom Compliance Forecast and Qualified Workforce reports, parameterized dashboards, and LDAP single sign‑on—providing integrated, timely HR reporting and analytics across the organization.
