Hexaware delivered a complete migration from Oracle/AIX to MS SQL/Windows and a technical upgrade from SAP 4.7 to SAP ECC 6.0, implementing VMware vSphere 5.0 virtualization, DR setup, SAP PI/XI, BIW/BPC/BO, Unicode conversion and retrofit of 1,100+ custom objects—executed in a record six months via an onshore–offshore model. The implementation retired costly AIX maintenance, moved the landscape to a shared, scalable environment, removed 67% of custom objects, and unlocked ECC functionality to resolve long‑standing issues while reducing hosting and SAP infrastructure costs.
