Leading US Airline, a California-based carrier focused on low-fare point-to-point long-haul service, needed to migrate its backbone web services to Sabre Solutions and modernize critical systems including its reservation & ticketing system, kiosk software and employee portal. The airline faced tight timelines, legacy Flash-based kiosk integrations, high post-migration enhancement demands (membership tiers, premium seats, travel bank), and a requirement for automated testing and performance improvements; Hexaware was engaged to deliver the migration, ongoing application maintenance and support.

Hexaware upgraded the kiosk functionality, migrated the reservation & ticketing system to Sabre, rebuilt the employee portal on modern Spring/Hibernate/Struts technology, implemented logging and automated JUnit testing, and executed post-migration performance tuning and kiosk refactoring.
