Hexaware implemented Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with country-specific payroll localization, integration of absence management and time & attendance, a customized absence management system, a gratuity accrual solution for non-citizen UAE staff, and extended workforce analytics. As a result, Hexaware delivered a 5x faster payroll process, a 30% reduction in HR workload for low-priority tasks and 16x faster global reporting, along with improved employee experience, automated absence handling and stronger workforce insights.
