HydroPoint, a renewables and environment company, needed a user-friendly knowledge base for both customers and staff that could handle a fast migration of ~900 articles, multi-brand search filtering, rich images/screenshots, and improved design and authoring tools. After struggling with two prior platforms and cumbersome Word-doc workflows, HydroPoint selected the Helpjuice knowledge base platform to provide the flexibility, templates, and publishing controls they required.
Helpjuice implemented a customizable KB with easy content creation, commenting, categorization/filters, content restriction for internal sections, and support for translations and videos. As a result, HydroPoint published nearly 900 articles in a few months, transferred and translated 50+ articles into Spanish, added 100+ videos, improved update workflows, and saved over $10K in annual subscription fees thanks to Helpjuice.
