Inventx AG is a Swiss IT outsourcing provider for banks with about 140 employees that needed a robust IT service management foundation to support high-quality operations and FINMA audit requirements. The company required comprehensive, easily configurable ITSM processes with high availability, a powerful interface, strong standardization and auditability to manage customer integrations and regulatory reviews.
