Denbighshire County Council, which supports about 1,500 employees and manages roughly 2,300 endpoints across northern Wales, needed better control over sensitive resident and employee data and to meet strict Public Services Network (PSN) compliance and audit requirements. Their IT team faced complexity from multiple point solutions and needed clearer visibility, forensic reporting, and an easier way to authenticate and manage devices and users.
