Lasso uses data analytics to give back to heroes on the frontline

Lasso Gear, an L.A.–based apparel company known for its joint-stabilization compression socks, launched the #movewithcompassion campaign during COVID-19 to donate socks to doctors and nurses. The challenge was identifying which customers and hospitals to target, broadening the recipient pool, and accurately measuring campaign performance across devices and platforms—all while analytics tasks were time-consuming.

By using Heap’s product analytics (cross-device attribution, funnels and dashboards), Lasso quickly targeted likely participants, identified past healthcare customers and hospitals, and tracked campaign ROAS. The team cut analytics review time from three–four hours to about one hour, removed other tools from the stack, saved money, and gained the agility to act on insights and optimize marketing decisions faster.
