One Of The World's Largest Chain Of Quick Service Restaurant - Customer Case Study

The customer is the world’s largest chain of quick service restaurants, serving about 68 million customers daily across nearly 119 countries. Facing a fragmented global web presence managed by different agencies, inconsistent brand and user experiences, high operational costs and heavy IT dependency, the customer engaged HCL to consolidate digital operations using HCL’s Platform for eXperience Management (PXM) in Adobe CQ5 with jumpstart kits of reusable digital experience components.

HCL implemented PXM in Adobe CQ5 with common templates, drag-and-drop components, a global content repository, mobile templates, QR-enabled nutrition info, store locator, social integrations and a real-time content index. As a result HCL helped the customer reduce time-to-market by up to 60%, cut website development/operational costs to roughly $10–12K for smaller markets and $20–25K for larger markets, eliminate much IT dependency, enable marketing to publish multi-lingual campaigns in hours, and deliver consistent brand engagement and improved customer experience.
