The customer wanted to identify synergies and cost savings from IT integration, uncover incremental costs and risks from the acquisition, and develop an IT opportunity roadmap for applications and infrastructure.

HCL delivered an integration roadmap and specific recommendations—an IT run book for 68 critical applications, financial/tax reporting consolidation plans, email platform stabilization, application portfolio consolidation, and server virtualization.
