The customer, one of the world’s leading interactive gaming service providers, needed to move previously in‑house services offshore to gain scale and reduce costs. HCL delivered application development and maintenance (ADM) and platform services for the interactive gaming platform, including PAMS (Player Account Management System), Game Portal, Game Engine and RNG, plus game development (poker, bingo, casino) and 24×7 tech support.

HCL implemented platform development, customer delivery and Tech Ops (L1.5–L3) support, providing 100 man‑years of game adaptation, GLI certifications, and rebadging 160 technical operations employees. As a result HCL integrated bingo, roulette, poker and casino games across the U.S., Canada, Spain, UK, Norway and Sweden, supported 90+ customers, enabled 6 major and 16 minor product releases, and participated in four greenfield implementations.
