HCL worked with a leading UK bank (headquartered in London with AA-/Aa1 ratings) to modernize its customer relationship management. The bank needed to automate sales, marketing and wealth-management services for 9,000+ employees, unify accounts, leads and queries, and integrate CRM with core banking, analytics and legacy systems using an xRM solution on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
HCL built a CRM Center-of-Excellence, designed and migrated xRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, integrated legacy applications and executed a global rollout across APAC, EMAC and the Americas. The HCL implementation delivered a unified customer/agent view, automated and standardized sales processes, enhanced RM/BM dashboards and reporting, seamless legacy integration and adoption across 27 business groups and 9,000+ users—improving data visibility, user productivity and operational handling of trade and client queries.
