HCL Improves Tracking And Monitoring Of Issues For A Singapore Based Global Bank

The customer, a Singapore-based global bank (a leading banking services provider operating out of Singapore), struggled with inaccurate manual reporting, high effort spent tracking issues, and time lags that hurt service levels and customer satisfaction. HCL provided application support and maintenance using HP PPM (Mercury ITG 6, HP PPM 7.1–9.14), Documentum and HP PPM DMS, and implemented RCP and ERIC modules to address demand management and workflow gaps.

HCL delivered real-time dashboards and reports, automated PO generation with finance integration, real-time integration with external systems for onboarding and project sync, milestone alerts, contract workflow updates, a Documentum interface, and user training. The HCL solution reduced manual effort and optimized person-hours, gave 2,100 licensed users across APAC/EUR/UK/US real-time visibility into request status, automated vendor management and invoice processing, and improved monitoring, approvals and multi-year contract tracking.
