HCL implemented a unified web-based quoting system that synced pricing with SAP, automated approvals and channel incentive programs, enabled one-page quoting (with mobile approval), and added real-time opportunity-to-order reporting and collaboration. The HCL solution delivered measurable gains: a 120% improvement in response time, 50% improvement in system performance (with a 30% query response boost via “Star Transformation” optimization), lower TCO, faster approvals and improved forecast accuracy.
