A U.S. based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group needed to reduce web management costs and improve content creation and publishing, so it decided to migrate from Documentum Web Publisher to the SDL Tridion digital platform. The customer selected HCL and its Digital Asset Migrator (dAM) as the vendor and tool to plan and execute the migration to a next‑generation digital platform.

HCL implemented a framework‑driven migration using its proprietary dAM tool to configure, execute and monitor automated migration of static and dynamic assets, and built a comprehensive migration roadmap. HCL migrated roughly 1 TB of digital assets and achieved about 60% less effort compared with traditional approaches, delivering faster, more efficient operations and improved publishing workflows.
