CASHe, India’s leading digital lending app, wanted to make borrowing more mobile, transparent, agile, and personalized for young middle-income consumers. To reduce back-and-forth in verification, document uploads, underwriting, and loan disbursals, CASHe partnered with Haptik to add an automated WhatsApp channel for instant credit and lead generation.
Haptik built a conversational WhatsApp chatbot that authenticated users, answered queries on verification and account details, and enabled loan issuance in less than a minute. Within a few months of launch, the bot drove 50K+ new customers and helped disburse 25Cr+ INR in loans, making WhatsApp one of CASHe’s most effective acquisition channels.
