Godrej wanted to raise awareness of its next‑gen Advantis lock among Millennials and sought an interactive alternative to traditional media. Partnering with Haptik, Godrej used Haptik’s Smart Ads conversational advertising to create a more authentic, engaging way to showcase both numeric and biometric Advantis models across news portals and apps.

Haptik built a Direct‑to‑Consumer chatbot (via its Smart Ads product), deployed the JavaScript SDK on Times of India and Economic Times m‑web and added a Godrej category in the Haptik and Samsung MyGalaxy apps; users could play quizzes, learn features, be routed to the Godrej site or opt to share contact details. The campaign engaged 27,000+ unique users (avg. 2 minutes/session), produced 880 leads with a 3.5% contact‑share rate, ran 1,200+ daily conversations with 95% automation and earned a 4.5/5 average feedback — demonstrating strong brand lift for Godrej driven by Haptik.
