GOGO Fitness Center, a Finnish gym chain, wanted a faster way to understand which customer groups were satisfied or dissatisfied without relying on lengthy surveys or manual analysis. HappyOrNot helped GOGO pinpoint a drop in satisfaction among men aged 45 to 64 visiting in the early morning, which was traced to locker room cleanliness. After adjusting cleaning schedules and improving cleanliness, GOGO raised early-morning satisfaction by 39 points and reached a 94% customer satisfaction score, 7 points above the gym and fitness industry average.
