Edmac Compressor Parts, a global distributor of air compressor parts with locations in Charlotte, Antwerp and Shanghai, sells a wide catalogue online and supports customers via live chat, email and phone. The company struggled to manage incoming requests for quotes across channels and needed a centralized system so its sales team could track and respond efficiently.

Since May 2010 Edmac implemented HappyFox to centralize RFQs submitted through a customer panel and email, giving sales a single place to manage tickets.
