Edmac Compressor Parts, a global distributor of air compressor parts with locations in Charlotte, Antwerp and Shanghai, sells a wide catalogue online and supports customers via live chat, email and phone. The company struggled to manage incoming requests for quotes across channels and needed a centralized system so its sales team could track and respond efficiently.
Since May 2010 Edmac implemented HappyFox to centralize RFQs submitted through a customer panel and email, giving sales a single place to manage tickets. The ticket system improved transparency and cut quote turnaround time in half, saved internal processing time, and earned positive customer feedback; the affordable feature set and strong support have led to wider rollouts in the USA and China and plans for additional divisions.
