Allura implemented HappyFox as both a customer help desk and an internal job-ticketing system, replacing a production board and streamlining collaboration between sales and operations. The ticketing workflow provides real-time, color-coded job status tracking (changeable in two clicks), mobile access to project details, and faster responses to customer inquiries—making HappyFox an integral, reliable tool for managing their daily operations.
