Accelerate Education - Customer Case Study

Accelerate Education, a Seattle-based provider of K–12 online courses, hosting, instruction and training, was overwhelmed by a flurry of incoming support requests that made their support inbox hard to manage. They needed a system to organize requests, assign responsibility, and resolve issues more efficiently.

Implementing HappyFox (in use since November 2011) converted emails into categorized tickets with automatic assignment to specific users and departments, enabling tracking of individual issues and resolution times. The team now spends less time on each request, turnaround times have improved, and customer satisfaction has increased thanks to the tool’s customization and user-friendly design.
