Hansen Technologies implemented a single source of truth for Vodafone Germany’s product, service, and resource data, enabling digital quote and order capture, framework contract support, and consistent omni-channel selling. The result was a dramatically improved product lifecycle process, higher order quality, faster sales execution, and support for more than 1 billion product variations across over 100 plans, 170 optional services, and 150 handsets.
