Krinos Foods, North America’s largest importer, distributor, and manufacturer of Greek specialty foods, supplies over 2,000 SKUs to ethnic markets, delis, supermarkets, hospitality and major retail chains. As mom-and-pop stores declined and big-box retailers began stocking more specialty items, Krinos faced operational challenges: phone- and fax-based orders that produced errors, manual ERP entry, inventory inaccuracies and costly backorders — all obstacles to winning larger accounts.

Krinos implemented Handshake Rep (mobile order writing) and Handshake Direct Online (B2B eCommerce), keeping a synced digital catalog with daily inventory updates and hiding out-of-stock items. The omnichannel approach—onsite rep visits plus self-service ordering—was supported by targeted pre-launch marketing, personalized onboarding and promotional emails.
