Sugar Paper is a Los Angeles–based stationery brand (founded 2003) known for high-quality antique letterpress printing that expanded into wholesale in 2012. The company needed a way to streamline and standardize order writing and fulfillment across trade shows, their back office, and independent sales reps to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Sugar Paper adopted Handshake’s order-writing software for trade shows, phone and back-office orders, and for onboarding rep groups, with orders now syncing directly to QuickBooks. As a result, every order runs through Handshake, sales reporting has improved inventory forecasting and production planning, fulfillment is faster, and two of seven rep groups are already onboarded with plans to expand.
