Armadillo Enterprises, a Tampa-based manufacturer and distributor of guitars, basses and drum products with more than 20 years in the music industry, needed a better way to convert sales from an enormous catalog of tens of thousands of SKUs. Both inside and outside reps struggled to efficiently surface the right products for dealers, so the company sought a tool to help curate recommendations and drive more orders.

Using Handshake to move their catalog online and leverage customer order history reports, reps now create interactive, image-rich proposals (prepped as PDFs or built on iPads) that highlight a smaller, dealer-relevant set of items.
