YW Istanbul used GWI to help its client, Bizim Mutfak, grow followers and improve engagement on Instagram and Facebook. The agency was struggling to find and connect with the right online audience because the brand relied heavily on paper surveys and had limited digital audience data.
Using GWI’s audience profile data and insights, YW Istanbul built five persona groups, tailored content and media plans to each, and timed posts for maximum interaction. With GWI, Bizim Mutfak increased unique Instagram profile views from 955 to 19K, monthly post interactions from 324 to 25K, reach from 152K to 1M, and grew followers to 32,172, a 7,616% lift in post interactions.
