Glint, a people success platform with 300+ employees, needed a better way to manage sales enablement knowledge after its spreadsheet-based sales asset management (SAM) system became slow and difficult to use. Glint implemented Guru as its central knowledge base for Sales, Marketing, People Science, and Customer Success, integrated with Google Drive and Slack. With Guru, answers that once took at least 30 seconds to find now take just 2–3 seconds, adoption reached 85%, and 100% of Glint sales reps said Guru makes them feel confident. Glint also used Guru to rapidly share acquisition FAQs, making it the company-wide place to find and post key information.
