Boomi, a leader in cloud integration whose AtomSphere product helps businesses connect SaaS, cloud, and on‑premises systems, was struggling as its sales organization scaled globally: knowledge was scattered across Google Drive, an internal wiki and Salesforce, making RFP responses slow and keeping EMEA/APJ teams out of sync with North America. To address this, Boomi evaluated and adopted Guru’s sales enablement platform (including its Q&A and verification features) to centralize and surface verified sales knowledge.

Guru was piloted and rolled out as Boomi’s single source of truth for competitive battle cards, RFP answers, and onboarding content; its Q&A capture mechanism also lets reps ask experts and store answers for reuse.
