Gupshup's solution was a WhatsApp-based chatbot that delivered the platform's core functions. Students could send a question via WhatsApp and receive video solutions in seconds. This implementation led to a 260% increase in learner engagement and a 224% increase in daily users, with Doubtnut sending 1.8 million messages to learners daily through the channel.
