To support its independent agency distribution model and modernize core operations across commercial, personal and workers’ comp lines, the company needed a more automated, easier-to-use platform for rating, underwriting, policy administration, claims and billing.
Western Reserve selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Guidewire Digital), plus Client Data Management, Reinsurance Management and standards-based templates, to be implemented in phases beginning with commercial lines. The initiative is intended to modernize core systems, increase automation and improve ease-of-use for agents—decisions driven by Guidewire’s product maturity, customer success record and ongoing technology investment.
