Rapid growth by acquisition left the business operating multiple, disparate claims systems; Towergate needed to simplify and standardize claims handling, embed best practices across lines of business, and cut IT costs and maintenance burden.
Towergate deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter to consolidate claims processing into a single platform and introduced features such as dynamic FNOL question sets, rules‑based processing and a full audit trail. The implementation improved FNOL and data capture, increased operational visibility and regulatory compliance, sped up user training, reduced IT and claims leakage/fraud risk, and delivered better, more consistent customer service across the business.
