The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group, formed in 2014 from the merger of three Ontario mutuals and built on a century of local community focus, needed to modernize and unify its systems across commercial and personal lines. The deployment is expected to deliver out‑of‑the‑box functionality, leverage implementation synergies and best practices, grow the business, and improve operational efficiency and customer/member service.
