Touring Assurances/ Touring Verzekeringen (TATV), an AXA Group member and leading direct insurer in Belgium with 150 employees and over 150,000 customers, offers car, motorcycle and home insurance through its Click–Call–Face omnichannel model. Faced with the need to modernize core systems, optimize processes and operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth while expanding channels and partner product offerings, TATV sought a platform that would deliver better customer insight and faster time to market.

TATV implemented Guidewire Core and Data products—PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, DataHub and InfoCenter—to modernize its operations, extend its channel mix and enable new affinity product lines.
