Safety National, an A+ rated specialty carrier in the Tokio Marine Group that provides alternative risk‑funding products for commercial and workers’ compensation lines, needed to replace its internally developed claims and policy administration systems to improve data access and meet service commitments to policyholders.

Safety National implemented Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter along with Rating Management and Standards Based Templates in a concurrent nationwide rollout. The configurable, industry‑standard platform replaced legacy systems, delivering more efficient data access, improved operational capability, and a closer vendor partnership to help the company stay current with industry standards and better serve policyholders.
