To meet that challenge QBE deployed Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite, Rating Management, Client Data Management, DataHub, InfoCenter and the Quote and Buy Portal, covering underwriting, rating, policy administration, claims, billing, data management and self‑service quoting. The implementation strengthened direct data management and business intelligence, enabled flexible product and pricing delivery, and improved customer engagement and self‑service capabilities.
