Penn National Insurance, founded in 1919, is a property‑casualty insurer operating in nine states through more than 750 independent agencies, offering commercial, personal and workers’ compensation lines. Facing the rise of new payment methods, the need to provide real‑time web billing, tighter integration with agency management systems, and greater agility to support new products and billing plans, Penn National set out to replace its billing management platform.
