Lumley New Zealand, the country’s fourth-largest general insurer, needed to modernize its underwriting, policy administration and billing systems to keep pace with changing business demands. After a successful ClaimCenter implementation, the insurer—serving commercial and personal lines through brokers and a nationwide branch network—sought a flexible platform to improve data quality and access, create consistent processes and best-practice underwriting, and better manage risk.
