After a successful ClaimCenter implementation, the insurer—serving commercial and personal lines through brokers and a nationwide branch network—sought a flexible platform to improve data quality and access, create consistent processes and best-practice underwriting, and better manage risk.
Lumley implemented Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite—deploying PolicyCenter and BillingCenter for both commercial and personal products in a phased approach alongside ClaimCenter and Live Analytics. With Guidewire’s hands-on support for resourcing, industry expertise and implementation guidance, Lumley modernized its core systems, achieved more consistent processes and improved data access and underwriting risk management, establishing an ongoing strategic partnership.
