KFB implemented Guidewire InsuranceSuite—PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter are in production and BillingCenter has been selected for a phased rollout beginning with Personal Auto. PolicyCenter enables 400+ agents to collaborate more effectively, yields faster quotes and applications, and improves underwriting efficiency and competitiveness; ClaimCenter automates claims handling, assigns claims to the right adjuster at intake, shortens cycle times, and is widely adopted by users. BillingCenter will provide a flexible billing platform to support future capabilities (for example, mobile updates), and leadership reports reduced operational and IT costs with continued benefits as rollouts continue.
