AXA Asia, part of the AXA Group, operates across multiple Asian markets and faced the challenge of improving claims operations in a fast-changing insurance environment. As part of its transformation, AXA Tianping, AXA Asia’s property and casualty business in China, selected Guidewire ClaimCenter to replace its existing claims management system and help deliver faster, more reliable customer service.

Guidewire, implemented with Ernst & Young in China, enabled AXA Asia to streamline claims handling, improve tracking and visibility, and automate processes to reduce cycle times. The rollout was live across 10 branches and set to expand to all 27 branches, with expected benefits including lower fraud and leakage, greater operational efficiency, and better real-time online processing for customers.
