Working with Guidewire (InsuranceSuite on Guidewire Cloud), Deloitte and McKinsey, Gore Mutual replaced its core platform in 18 months, redesigned claims and personal-lines operations, and built a highly automated national contact center with broker-centered authentication and integration. The results include 100% broker connectivity, a 90% increase in straight‑through processing, over $20M in recurring claims cost savings, $10M of new business monthly, and time‑to‑quote reduced from hours to under 10 seconds.
