FCCI Insurance Group is a regional commercial property and casualty carrier founded in 1959, writing over $450 million in premium across 14 states. Facing fragmented claims processing from three legacy systems, FCCI needed a single, modern claims platform that could support end‑to‑end handling across commercial and workers’ comp lines and integrate with 12 key internal and external systems (policy administration, document management, check printing, data warehouse, ISO, and preferred vendors).

FCCI implemented Guidewire ClaimCenter (with Guidewire support) to consolidate claims handling, adding features like a desktop diary, integrated ISO ClaimSearch, and litigation management. The single system delivered real‑time visibility, faster regulatory and business change response, reduced adjuster training from weeks to 2–3 days, improved consistency and speed of settlements, lower maintenance costs, and enabled FCCI to configure and maintain the system independently.
