Co-operative Insurance Companies (Co-op) is a member-owned property and casualty insurer serving Vermont and New Hampshire since 1915, with over 100 agency locations and regional claims offices. Co-op implemented Guidewire InsuranceNow™ for its Business Owners Policy (BOP) line using a mainly out-of-the-box, configurable approach in partnership with ISCS and Guidewire. The rollout delivered a smooth implementation, positive user feedback on system intuitiveness, increased new-business flow, and a roadmap to extend InsuranceNow across additional commercial and personal lines.
