The Alberta Motor Association (AMA) is one of Alberta’s largest membership organizations, serving more than 980,000 members and advocating for traffic safety, travel, consumer protection and crime prevention. Facing the need to modernize its core systems and operations to better meet evolving agent and customer expectations, AMA sought a scalable, modern platform for its Personal Auto and Property lines of business.

AMA selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite (including BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter) and will implement the solution for Personal Auto and Property with support from sister organization CAA South Central Ontario Insurance Company. The move modernizes AMA’s infrastructure, streamlines operations and leverages proven technology recommended by CAA, with the merits of InsuranceSuite standing on their own according to AMA leadership.
