A Guidewire Case Study

Preview of the ADAC Case Study

ADAC - Customer Case Study

ADAC, headquartered in Munich, is Europe’s largest and the world’s second-largest automobile club with more than 18 million members, offering roadside assistance, towing and ambulance services. To modernize and streamline its roadside and medical support processes, ADAC needed a new core IT system to replace legacy applications, increase flexibility and transparency, and align with its future IT landscape.

ADAC selected Guidewire ClaimCenter after a proof-of-concept to serve as a highly configurable, tailored core for its assistance operations. Implemented by a joint Guidewire–ADAC team, ClaimCenter is expected to refine workflows, improve service efficiency for members, replace multiple legacy systems, and provide a foundation to extend digital capabilities across other business functions.
