American Express, the multinational financial services company, wanted to improve B2B outreach for foreign exchange and international payment (FXIP) services across the UK economy, including both existing customers and untapped prospects. To move beyond traditional propensity modelling, AMEX partnered with Growth Intelligence to find and target businesses more effectively.
Growth Intelligence implemented its Fit AI platform to identify overlooked B2B prospects and predict which businesses were most likely to convert. The results were strong: cold outreach became 3x more successful, customer acquisition costs fell 6x, revenue per campaign nearly doubled, and Fit AI was 90% more accurate at predicting conversions than the incumbent model.
